I thought he was brilliant today, so much better than bidwell, a revelation this season

Also Bidwell straight red card today.

Manning's just been brilliant all season.

Everyone's talking about how Eze will be getting bids in Jan, Well for me I reckon clubs will be sniffing around Manning as well if he keeps up this level of performance, simply superb.. didn't put one foot wrong all game.

Not so sure it is a revelation. He is a baller. He can play anywhere and adapt - and he's proving it.

Never knowingly right.

His game management in last 15 was excellent, very clever footballer, rarely gives away possession

Manning has always been a brilliant little player in my book , bags of talent, superbly fit and a great heart! To send him out on loan by mac f uckwit was imo criminal!! If you couldn't see that Ryan was a good player before then you don't know shit about football he is quite literally that good and will only get better! Love him!

AND WHEN I DREAM , I DREAM ABOUT YOU AND WHEN I SCREAM I SCREAM ABOUT YOU!!!!!

I was posting last season that manning should be in our team but was met on here with comments like “he can’t even get in Rotherham’s team” “he wouldn’t improve us”
Great little player who is only going to get better and when you give a young lad a run in the side guess what, he starts to improve and gain confidence

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

I've always been one of his doubters. Superb attituide and heart but thought he lacked anything other than being an honest workhorse. I am being proved v wrong so far this season. The boy's got flair.

This.

I was really disappointed when he went out on loan last season. He's a terrific player, and so far this season has been one of our stand-out players.

Ryan is clearly a very talented player,it’s obvious how good he is to any layman yet the clown we chose to replace an absolute legend disagreed.
If we hadn’t had that terrible run the idiot would still be here and Manning would have still been frozen out.
I’m so glad he’s gone,I’m taking the family to games again and we’re all loving it.
Personally I get far more pleasure from watching us develop young talent than buying someone else’s has been so seeing all these players come through playing with so much heart is awe inspiring,it’s beautiful.
Well done MW and all our back room coaches etc

He’s been superb. I didn’t think he would cut it as a centre mid at championship level but as a left back/ wing back he looks a cut above.

Imagine if we had played Manning and Furs in the same defence.
What madness it was keeping those two out of the team at the same time.

And that they had to prove themselves just to get in, after already proving on loan they can do it.

Other clubs can see it, to the extent they will pay money for it.

Steve is finished as a manager now. Punditry for him from now on.

A lot of us were p***ed off when he went out on loan last season, but in my case it was because I saw him as a useful midfielder, probably not first choice behind Freeman, Scowen and Luongo etc but still needed.

Turning him into a genuine wing-back (as opposed to a stop-gap LB) is much better.

Still feel slightly sorry about Furlong, who I think would have done very well under Warburton's management, but I suppose we needed the cash to finance the other players.

Manning struggled to get in our team and Rotherhams team last season because he was not the best midfielder available. Because of injuries he had to fill in as LWB. That is where he has been a revelation.
