Are we safe yet? 17:35 - Mar 10 with 14355 views | stuabd | Surely even we can't make a drama out of this end to the season?
Are we safe yet? on 17:41 - Mar 10 with 7214 views | nix | Apart from the bottom four, Reading could get sucked into it. Their next four matches are Wolves, Norwich and Villa away and us at home. We are at least accumulating points. Teams below us just don’t seem to be.

Are we safe yet? on 18:24 - Mar 10 with 6979 views | Lblock | With today’s results we need to lose 5 and teams below us win 5 to end up bottom three Whilst we are eminently capable of losing five in a row I really don’t think those below us (ie Brum and Burton) can win five in a row or even five out of nine/ten We could be safe now I’ll not say we are safe yet but 6 more points and it’s all done That’s ground breaking for me

We are safe. End of. | | | |
Are we safe yet? on 19:03 - Mar 10 with 6847 views | WestonsuperR | Safe now, lose every maarch (which we won’t) and I reckon we still wouldn’t go down. General feeling before season started is we would be lower mid-table, might even end up over-achieving.

Are we safe yet? on 21:03 - Mar 10 with 6535 views | terryb | I have no idea which one out of Sunderland, Burton, Birmingham & Barnsley will survive, but they may just be the worst team to have ever achieved that goal! I struggle to see any of them reaching 40 points, but no doubt at least one of them will.

Are we safe yet? on 00:09 - Mar 11 with 6214 views | Lblock | I actually feel quite positive about "staying up" - even we cannot make this a nail biter now. My hopes now are that the shackels are thrown off and we actually attack teams a bit more. Love to see Pav on the right, Bos on the left. Like to see a bit more of Manning Hoping Cilla gets back in. Oooooooooohhhh dear.... too much black and red stuff Lets just win up at Dull City to make it mathematically safe.... could be a messy old trip hope that

I think that's a bit low. I said 48 a few weeks ago, now I think 43/44

Are we safe yet? on 12:30 - Mar 11 with 5829 views | TGRRRSSS | Yes we're safe I think sheer weight of numbers below us means it'd be some freak for us to go down now, obviously if we lost ever game then maybe we'd sneak into the bottom 3 at a squeak but.... in all honesty no, we've accumulated that vital point the other night, and a crucial win up at Burton earlier. Be nice to pick up another away win though......

It's the shit clubs below that flatter us. Twice in a month we've beaten relegation zone clubs at HQ only after them being reduced to ten men. We're not going down this season, but Holloway's got to go in May.

He won't be going. I still think he's been put in place to get us through the transition from everyone's favourite transfer market sucker to the sunny uplands of fiscal responsibility and the sort of frugal home production normally associated with Felcity Kendall. Most expected a somewhere-about-sixteenth place finish at the start of the season: we're going to be there or thereabouts. Seems a bit harsh to want rid when he's taken all the heat and finished more or less on target.
