I know I've said in the past that if we're relegated it won't affect my personal life and it wouldn't have back in the Petty days if we'd gone to the Conference but this last few days I've felt far more angrier than I did back then. | |

I agree. the betrayal is far greater. its the sheer greed of it all to the detriment of everyone else from people who professed to be the same as us. I'm not one for violence but the thought of dineen and JVZ on the receiving end of some Petty treatment would be ever so slightly satisfying and in this day and age some oik would capture it on smartphone for the world to see.
I can take relegation but to have got to where we are and see it taken from us by people within the machine is really sad. I doubt there are many that really begrudged them their wealth from the investment and their ongoing divvys and getting handsomely paid a wage for jobs they clearly would never in a million years get in the real world was barely acceptable - then to find out the see you next tuesdays have poisoned their legacy to such an extent is extremely angering.
plus you never really know someone you think is alright and upstanding only for the real truth to be somewhat far removed JVZ and HC being two particularly unsavory characters in all this that should be run out of town and never be comfortable at a swans game ever again after what they've done and it looks like are still doing. Good luck to Stuart because hes going to have to have a stab vest on because of the board members he'll be rubbing shoulders with (if indeed vipers have shoulders) and because he'll have to go some to prove his worth to the fanbase. You sure? The Watford game i checked the site an hour before KO and there were hundreds of tickets available including 9 seats in a row in the West/South corner. We do not get a walk up crowd, so therefore we are not selling out, and haven't done for many games over the past few years. | |

I never had £50 let alone £50 k to help the swans, I gave what I could, and gave my life long stack of collected/bought programmes and memrobillia stuff, last night I found one programme alone is now worth £50.
I feel more than angry that I. and I suppose many others have spent years following the Swans,, spent many an hour trudging through p*ss covered floors to go the toilet, spent hours outside the old Vetch in a line to buy tickets , (who remembers that freezing morning for West Ham tickets?) travelled far and wide to some crapy grounds and treated like sh^te by away coppers and fans, to be today not able to afford a Season Ticket, and have more chance of walking on the moon than aquiring a ticket for top games to find that people who I thought were genuine supporters who lived in another Country are being treated like Lords and getting to see a top game and have probably have no idea who the Feck Wyndham Evans is, never tasted a Peters Pie .
I always thought "look after your own and they"ll look after you"............ dont come knocking for help next time!
