tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 2275038 views | batman | Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills
tomorrow can't come quick enough on 10:59 - Jan 5 with 7408 views | KenBoon | All joking aside, these are REAL DEBTS for REAL PEOPLE. It's disgusting that anyone should condone this, let alone do it. Morally it's rotten. If we're personally to be selfish then this sort of behavior will affect other clubs, as businesses could avoid doing business with all Football clubs or under tighter regulations. There are too many CCJs for them all to realistically be legitimate disputes.

The thing is Hilly was praising him before the bury game? By all means it must be difficult with his best mate being employed by the fella - but just say nothing - rather than build Day up as the 'clever businessman'. Very strange , what with Hill having a history of criticising clubs spending beyond their means and going into debt chasing success. I even remember Hill doing a fantastic Manc radio hour after our 1st promotion claiming he doesn't have a credit card because his dad always taught him to pay upfront - and if you didn't have the money you'd save for it.

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 10:44 - Jan 5 by aleanddale | Some joker called Lucas on the bucket board. Day has invested 5 million so a 10k CCJ is not a worry. 2 things he completely misses the point on. It's not his fookin money it is loan after loan after loan. Secondly is it really good practice to continuously not pay your bills?. Credit rating is 1 in 100 ie don't touch with a barge pole. |
Or this comment: "I think one of the things is that it is not good for any business to get a CCJ against them as it can affect many things adversely. However once you say have 4 or 5 you may as well have a dozen etc as the damage has already been done and having some more makes little difference". Yeah - once you have 1 million debts - the damage is done. You may as well have 4-5 million debts!!

Need to listen to the interview again, but at the time I thought his 'clever businessman' line meant 'clever', as in 'he seems to be getting away with a lot'.

A synonym for 'devious' but without actually saying so. As in: 'He's a clever c**t'.

Didn't listen to it but TTNYear posted: - the new fella will 'feature heavily' this weekend. - don't 'buy into the rumours about bury' - Stewart Day is a clever man and suited to Flicker - if he got another 2 million Hill would definitely get us in the play offs - another Trust walked needed I guess. - everyone is happy about Hooper. - and sometimes young players out grow the club.

Hmm, point two is rather cryptic and contradicts point 3, depending on how they are interpreted. It's like trying to fathom out whether you have won Dusty Bin on 3-2-1.

Certainly not clever if this post is true: "Eagles hasn't left. Futcher told him to train with the youth team to which he refused and told him to F off. However, he reported to training today. He's also on 6k a week, not expenses". #mindboggling

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 10:24 - Jan 6 with 6676 views | dingdangblue | Apparently Bradford have sold out allocation (2750) and its UNRESERVED seating. Can see that going well! Seems crazy to have unreserved when there's going to be no spare seats - its something we are never allowed/or choose to do? What happened to police advice or ground safety? Also tickets available upto 3pm kick off so Bradford fans without tickets will be in home ends.

Definitely going to happen. FFS we had Bratfurd fans in Pearl Street earlier in the season and there were about a 1000 spare seats in the away stand (or only 3 spare seats if you were looking at it from a Bratfurd fan's perspective)

There will be spare seats. If clubs sell tickets as unreserved, they have to reduce the number tickets compared to the actual capacity by 10%. The Cemmy End and part of our Main Stand hold just over 3000, which equates to roughly 300 spare seats available. Totally agree with your last point.

Fair do's - you'll just have to hope Bradford fans are sensible and turn up early to get their seats.

They had to do something as they'd only shifted over 1000 tickets earlier this week - giving Bradford 2 stands means they can now pay on the door and not have it all ticket. I guess with the rain and flooded stands recently people dont want to buy tickets in advance for a home game.
