yes Darran, my missus just started down there this week, she's never run more than 10 yards before last October. She started to a walk jog walk jog to gain a bit of confidence and now she's loving the whole support and coaching set up they have there. There are groups based on ability so beginners start in group one, and as you gain fitness/confidence you move up groups when you want to.
