Without wanting to incur the wrath of those who are cannot say one positive thing about the man, whilst I have been as perplexed and annoyed about the lack of investment and the whereabouts of the Premiership windfall, TV rights and income from transfers in recent years, I do agree with the Chairman's stance on greedy agents and "star" players. |  | | |

Eagles is currently a free agent, after a three-year spell with Wanderers came to an end in the summer. He underwent a trial at The Den in September and is reported to have turned down at least one offer to join the Lions.
The 28-year-old, who scored 19 goals in 106 appearances for the Trotters, is one of a number of out-of-contract players currently training with Lee Clark's Seasiders, who currently prop up the Championship table - 10 points from safety with less than half a season played. |  | | |

Wonder where Eagles will be up to., Asked for £15,000 a week under Riga which must have been six weeks ago and so arguably has lost close on £100k for not playing since. Does KO offer him a Nile Ranger appearance fee contract or would we be better signing him? |  |
