After reading the Ravel Morrison thread it made think if we've had many really difficult players at the club who have caused unrest at the club which resulted in a negative influence on our team and performances.Or do we manage to tame them? Leon Knight springs to mind but he done the business on the pitch and his attitude off it let him down.Can anyone else remember such a player and would signing Ravel Morrison be beyond us in bringing into line and bringing the best out of him?
Christ, even Danny Grahams performances on the field didn't suffer with all his alleged shenanigans off the pitch like driving Laudrup's Mrs car into the Marina and keeping half the team up the night before a game playing bobby door knockers in the Meridian Towers.

Maybe, but I don't think any of those players are/were influential enough to affect team performances apart from the injured Michu who can be forgiven.
I'm a believer that we iron out players at SCFC who have history and quickly bring them into line or if not we get rid sharpish ie Graham, Robbo and Leon Knight.I don't think we'd try to sign Morrisson unless we felt we could do something with him and bring out the best in the lad.Both Dyer,Shelvey and more recently Chico have been towed in although Chico still has psychopathic football tendencies even now but he's an enigma and a law to himself but still could find himself on his way out of the club. | | | |

Yep, im pretty sure of that actually.Remember the winner at Chelsea in the Cup nand there was a few more just before we offloaded him.His goal ratio was similar to when he was playing regulary in our first season or not far off it. | | | |

A few names mentioned but not one of them a first team member who didnt perform on the pitch for us or have a negative influence on the starting 11 which is why we should take a look at Ravel Morrisson.
He can't be as bad as Leon Knight ffs,no footballer is or ever likely to be and he banged the goals in left right and centre for us before we binned him for his off the field antics.I;m sure his goals got us promoted as well against Brentford or was that in the semi final and we onto to lose against Barnsley?
