Reference seems to be made to an "English" club and police in England so I'd say no.

No mention that it's a premier league club either.

I'm going for Chelsea, that assistant looked like he was on something yesterday.

I've been doing some detective work. Villa sacked two officials earlier this month. My guess it's them.

As for us not being in England, we play in the English football league.

Very good shout, SSN speculating it's a FL team.

We may be in the English league but that wouldn't make us subject to investigations by English police. Isn't that what it says?

QPR. I can certainly imagine 'Arry enjoying a bit of a 'pick me up' before a long drive home to Sandbanks. Bet Sandra loves a bit of Columbian as well.

***DISCLAIMER***
After advice from 'Old cob' I feel I should add the following. I have never met Harold and Sandra Redknapp and I have no reason to suspect that either have ever partaken in, or enjoyed, a spot of blow. Likewise, QPR as a football club are, to my knowledge, not being investigated regarding senior members of the club snorting charlie up their conks. My post was meant to be taken in humour, but I realise now that planetswans is not the place for humour. Please 'Arry, I know you're reading. Don't sue me. Please.

Just a wild guess & no backbone to this " hunch" that I have, but I'm thinking it would be a club like Leeds, Birmingham City or QPR...

Don't know why? But my outside Bet would be Birmingham City...

Seems rather coincidental that Villa have suspended two coaches.

It would explain some of the puzzling decisions our board have made this season. I can imagine Dineen and Huw watching videos of Emnes on YouTube with a few grams of Columbia's finest on January 31st.
