All quiet in Bridgend 20:12 - Feb 10 with 1762 viewsDaggyjack

Working in Bridgend, it was surprising that there was not one CCFC hat, jacket or scarf in sight today at the usual haunts, namely the job centre, the bus station or the pub opposite.
Very strange, must be wash day.

Well it was sunny with a slight breeze this afternoon, perfect drying weather so maybe all their team rags where in the wash after all!

Poll: Who wants the Swans to lose games get relegated to get rid of Huw and the yanks.

Yeh and in Llanelli....usually see
some 50 to 60 yr olds wearing their hats and tops.
Funny that ,you don't see them when they shopping in Swansea with their wives!!!
Big fish small pool syndrome!

Those people are the ones with an illogical hatred of Swansea as a neighbouring city. They have absolutely f*ck all in common with Cardiff geographically or culturally.
They should expound that through the rugby not the football.

Each time I go to Bedd - au........................

yea its a childish rugby mentality. just because they are from Llanelli they cant bring themselves to like anything to do with Swansea.

I was in the turnstyle yesterday which is where they tend to lurk, but no sign of any of them.

Poll: Rate the ref's performance today

I very rarely see any scum shirts in Llanelli. There are a few that call in The Turnstyle, as Chief said, but there's probably ten Swans fans to every one scummer. The only people that have a dislike of Swansea are the rugby types. Even then it's just a sporting rivalry.

I work in Bridgend too, not a Cardiff hat or garment in sight. Even the road sweeper, who always has something Cardiff themed on did not show up!

Yeah, Globus, I remember that. That was when Rob Thug started tempting a few of them up to scumland in his minibus. Dark days. Not many around nowadays though. Maybe just a very silent minority.

You might think I've forgotten, but one day, when you least expect it, my time will come.
Poll: Celtic and Rangers should be fast tracked into the Championship ASAP
