I would imagine there are limited options and raises the Kingsway Business Park land which is disssapearing quickly last time I drove up there but should be enough room for a FC Utd style ground I mean letā€™s face it, we donā€™t need an Old Trafford do weā€¦

There is a lot of land in Heywood around the new motorway link road as well but is that technically removing the Rochdale Link even though it is technically in the Metropolitan Borough of Rochdale.

Is the old All in One Garden Centre big enough now itā€™s been flattened?

Canā€™t really think of anywhere ā€œfreeā€ and big / flat enough.. Buying the Cricket / Lacrosse place I doubt is an option as access from the mini roundabout would cause carnage on match days & even less parking round thereā€¦



Also, I remember all the posts on here about a Training Ground & not a lot of suitable options
