We currently sit 12th in the table for away form and 21st in the table for home form, which tells you precisely where our problem lies.

If the squad was truly as awful as some people believe then there's no way on Earth we'd be achieving the halfway decent results on the road that we are. Our biggest problem is that we play the same way at home as we do away. We only have a Plan A, and when that doesn't work all Williams is capable of doing is trying Plan A harder.

This also factors into the sheer boredom that is most games at home and the cratering attendances. A cagey, possession centric style may work well on the road. At home, we need to do more. People aren't excited by passing the ball around endlessly trying to frustrate the opposition. They want to see us on the front foot trying to win games, and we don't. Instead we make it easy for the away team to do precisely that to us.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Time for a change me thinks.
William's tried to change things during the first half but it didn't work, Second half continued with the idea that didn't work at the end of the first half and even though it didn't work he persisted with his flawed idea but to cap it all it is the same idea that didn't work before and didn't work for his mentor. Thought he had to have time to get used to his players and championship footie last season but by now he should be aware of his squad capabilities and pick his players and style of play to suit.

A manager ( whether it’s Ferguson, Wenger, Guardiola, Clough ) can’t legislate for the type of error that Darling made. Watch it back. That would not be a good look for a local under 7s team. The game was heading for a 0-0. A poor performance and as for entertainment value it was a 3/10 but players must take full responsibility at relevant times. An awful error and the result of a casual attitude. Darling is a talented player who might go to another level but presently he’s not in a good frame of mind …

I stated he should have been told he had played his last game for Swansea and told to find another club. Swansea would have picked up some sort of fee. More than what Low will cost with his development fee.

People told me he was playing well and his professionalism was unquestioned. Now they say he looks disinterested. He was due to sign a new deal before the fake WBA rumours hijacked Swansea season.

His work is done and he is free in July which was always the plan and Swansea will keep him match fit for his next move.

Even if he sat tight and did not play for 6 months on full pay Coleman would have sent out the message to the players that he was not bluffing.

100% agreed school boy error similar to Vigouroux last minute error against Millwall players trying to force the play to gain an advantage but doing with no cover for individual
errors, why did Darling try the exact same pass straight after they had scored where they again we should have conceded. Mistakes made in dangerous areas of the pitch because our tactics meant we again struggled to get up the pitch but different tactics employed against Bristol after their initial onslaught.
Picked off as we have been against Millwall and multiple times this season because we didn't employ the right tactics to break down a stubborn defensive setup.

I understand your point. However how many times has "individual "errors" cost us? Last night we were the home team playing against an average SW riddled with injuries off the back of a decent hard fought win against Bristol. Yet we played like a team who had travelled to Carlisle on the last day of the season already relegated. For 75 minutes there was no energy, no drive, no desire to try and rip SW apart. A individual mistake doesn't cost you so much when you've already scored (or capable of scoring) 2-3 goals, but we were so shockingly bad all over the pitch you can't put the loss down to one player.

Yes players need to take account for their performances, but I see very little motivation or enthusiasm from LW in the dug out either to berrate or try to inspire the players. If you look back at my previous posts I always give our managers support and the benefit of the doubt, but LW has to go (he should have gone after Norwich at the latest IMO).

I won't be attending a game in person again until someone else is in. I just hope when I do return it'll be to watch Championship football and not League 1 which is where we are currently heading.

"Individual errors" are an inevitable result of the kind of idiotic passing for the sake of passing that we employed under Martin and now with the Temu version that we currently have in charge of the club. If people haven't grasped that even though we've had almost four entire years of it, then it says a lot about them.

Then again the type of person who would defend Williams in the situation we find ourselves in now is no doubt the type of person who thought that Russell Martin was clearly a Premier League manager in waiting and not a total prat masquerading as one.

It’s obvious that you have very little understanding of football but you don’t need to price it every time you post.

The goal we conceded against Sheff Weds was nothing to do with overplaying in defensive areas. We have conceded some goals previously when doing just that but the pass from Darling quite simply was poorly executed. He was too casual and sloppy in possession but it was the right pass. You’ve even tried to bring Martin in to it. Have a day off. It’s boring monotonous nonsense with an agenda.
