Trump shot at. on 15:33 - Jul 14 with 2218 views | numptydumpty | A young man on the nearest buildings roof in sight of where Donald Trump was speaking Trump would have been protected by security to the max. So how come they missed a guy on the nearest roof and many spectators saw the gunman crawling across the roof way before multitudes of highly trained security staff. And all possible nearby potential shooter points would be protected and under constant heightened surveillance and be primed before any speech given also. I was on a training course and one of the men on the course was a security look out to protect the Queen. He was trained to the max and had his sights to be constantly surveying. So all these highly trained security men who would constantly being observing nearby potential shooting points and surely there would have been someone observing one of the closest buildings and with the rally being positioned as it was, a security guard posted in that building by access to the roof or many cctv cameras which would have shown the man to be on the roof People in the crowd saw him for several seconds way before highly trained staff. I am personally not suggesting a conspiracy theory because one poor man lost his life but for shit hot security men, they did their job amazingly poorly. It's a very sad position that the United States finds itself We almost seem advanced by way of comparison !!! Not a Trump fan but glad for him, he has survived. United States gun laws will still be forever protected and that's the madness of this nation. Dreadful all round. [Post edited 14 Jul 15:36]

Trump shot at. on 09:30 - Jul 14 by LimehouseR | I am not saying this is definitely something Trump has set up himself I would just say I wouldn't put it past him or his administration to orchestrate something to this degree. His list of serious criminal acts is long yet he seems to have got away with them all. In fact in the ruling a few weeks ago they've basically facilitated any future president to act in the exact same way. But yes most likely this is yet another gun toting nutter and America will NEVER learn about their gun laws. To be honest (and unfortunately) I am surprised it has been so long since an incident like this. |
Sir, the ruling delivered a few weeks ago, only confirmed what had always been assumed by the American public. Why it suddenly became a question is only due to the 'stop Donald Trump anyway possible movement'. It also confirmed that one Supreme Court Justice in particular and I'm extremely disappointed in the legal system to be writing this, does not understand the Bill of Rights.

There was a member of the public being interviewed covered in the brain matter of someone who got hit in the crowd and there is also a picture of the shooter all messed up after the snipers took him out. It’s absolutely bizarre that so many people now look for a conspiracy in everything. People forget this is America where regular people can buy rifles and a lot of time these regular people are complete nutters. |
Agree with every word of this. Right or left, whenever something happens there are a small majority of absolute asholes who see things like this as an opportunity to post absolute nonsense for their own gain (if being social media famous can be considered as such) in the knowledge that as a society we are so fractured politically now that we are desperate, regardless of side, to believe that "the enemy" is responsible. Far more likely truth that in a country of 75M+ Democrats and 75M+ Republicans, there are nutjobs on both sides and unfortunately a lot of them have access to guns.

If you believe this then you need to start thinking about your mindset a bit. Either a sniper made the fking shot of a lifetime getting his ear (btw - Trump does a slight head tilt that probably saved his life) or Trump's team pulled off the magic trick of the century. Faking a headshot in front of multiple cameras and hundreds of witnesses all located around Trump. You kidding me with this shit, man?

True but I somehow feel the recent decision by the Supreme Court to allow a President to be immune to almost anything leaves the road absolutely clear in terms of those who madly seek to assassinate a President. Especially an ex one who put most of those in the Supreme Court in their positions and whose decision seems to be aimed at supporting his re-election. If you place a leader above the law there will always be those who seek to take them out.

The only hope I've got now is that the role of President doesn't carry as much power as you think and that he'll just spend the next four years sucking off corporate types with tax cuts rather than doing any real damage. My gut feeling is that we'll remember Trump for centuries as the figurehead of the ruination of everything though.

Trump shot at. on 12:03 - Jul 14 by Orwell84 | To quote Twain, 'It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled' The Deep State just tried to arrange for the likely next Democraticly elected leader of the US to have his head blown off on live TV because he's not what they want, but what the people want. And you still can't see it Just last month the prime minister of Slovakia just days after a speech rejecting the World Health Organisation's accord to strengthen their powers over governments and ennforcing vaccines. Plus his anti open stance migration. He was shot multiple times. Two years ago, Shinizo Abe former prime minister of Japan. Also anti immigration was shot and killed. Elon Musk said just this week the EU have been trying to force Twitter to censor legal and free speech without announcing it, and so now faces fines of up to 8% of their global revenue. Democracy is under attack. Hopefully now like that Mitchell and Webb sketch more on the "Left" are realising that perhaps in fact they 'are the baddies' |

Trump shot at. on 23:09 - Jul 14 with 1286 views | LazyFan | It's tragic that this is believed to be some sort of conspiracy. In reality, it's incompetence all around. Let's say that it is some sort of conspiracy to kill Trump, I don't believe it is, but let's just say to run through the idea no matter how crazy it is. These so-called conspirators took a massive risk in doing it this way, as the shooter could have been stopped at any moment by the Maga lot ... which they nearly did. He could have been shot before getting off a few rounds, as to get all of the police, snipers, and Secret Service in on any conspiracy would be way too much as one of them would be a Maga and talk. Also, Trump has made sure his secret service people are all vetted Trump Maga's for sure; he needs them to keep tight-lipped when he says nasty things in private. If some secret cable wanted him killed, they could just get him poisoned by some slim girly slipping him a drink and a rouge doctor to say it was all just a heart attack. And then one more to confirm it. They could even spin it as the Democrats hounded him into the stress of a heart attack and killed him. The Maga lot would believe that and worship him more, which would hide it from them. No, this was just incompetence on the scale we have seen before with situations like the UValde School Shooting where the Police just hung around as the evil criminal killed kiddie after kiddie in front of them as they did nothing ... again. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uvalde_school_shooting Remember, this is a country where you cannot buy cigs and alcohol until you are 21, but you can buy a big gun at 18. The Trump shooter was 20, UValde shooter was 18. So, you see, deranged young men spurred on by evil people like Tate will do crazy things for crazy reasons. And if anyone says anything warning against young men being told nonsense, then they are "too woke" and shouted down. Then we add in the consistent incompetence of the authorities who are used to saving their own skins first and what do you expect? There is no conspiracy here; it's just a lot of stupid people and tragedy happening as a result of it. Remember, someone lost their life to this nonsense. People were injured, including Trump, who is a person as well. I do notice a lot of people want it to be a conspiracy or secret plan of some kind; I suspect it's because they cannot face the truth that the world is so fecked that even some stupid 20-year-old can buy a gun and shoot Trump, handing him the election. This truth of a lame society and incompetence at the highest levels scares people, as it means they cannot be sure of what will happen and they cannot handle that bad things can happen just out of nowhere. They want it to be planned so they can cope with it in a way that they can somehow plan back against it or just rationalise that it could not happen to them if they don't get involved. If you say it could happen any time and there is nothing right now they can do about it, then they feel helpless and attack you for pointing out the obvious. This is a message they do not want to hear. As for people talking about Trump being made out to be wrongly slated by the press, well, a court of law has found him to be a rapist and also, in a separate case, a conman, not paying his taxes and in another case fraud of missing campaign funds to pay hush money to a porn star while his wife was pregnant. His own stacked Supreme Court is full of corrupt judges that back him to have no legal recourse even under the lame US laws, which means when he gets into power, he can do whatever he wants regardless of the laws for us mere mortals. He will have god powers and he is no god. And what does he want to do with all these powers? Well, he has not admitted IT. Indeed, he claimed it's a crazy idea, but then he also says it actually is close to his so-called Agenda 47 policy. The real problem with IT, is that any sane person would not only deny but disavow it. What is IT? Well, IT is called by "Project 2025". What Trump says he will defo do: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agenda_47 What he has also said was crazy and then said it was close to his Agenda 47 and all his alt-right friends love it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_2025 Remember when people said that Roe v. Wade (A Woman's right to their body and pro-choice) would not be overturned and that there was no need to put it in the US Constitution? Well, it was, and many Republicans said that would never happen, and it did. Now Republicans say that "Project 2025" may not happen, not even won't happen, they say may not .... or as I say it may well happen. When Trump says he will do all these nasty things, I believe him. I respect that he is telling the truth when he says these nasty things. Just because IU don't like them, should not mean I do not expect him to do them. I guess when Agenda 47 goes wrong, he will double down and do Project 2025. Why would he not? After all, he can do what he likes when he's Pres, as he has complete immunity, and we all know he will use it for himself and not the greater good, no matter how many right-whingers would want it to be so. This is why people fear Trump, as he could take your life and not think twice about it.

Completely agree with this too. As I say, both left and right. It's possible to look at what happened yesterday as close to a tragedy and also think the man it nearly happened to is a big part of ramping up this rhetoric in the first place.

They got the felony charge but failed to have Trump jailed so what's next - assassination. No coincidence Jill Biden was also hosting an event not far away and all resources were switched to protecting the First Lady and it was known Biden and others were trying to dilute/remove Trump's protection on account of his conviction. The interview with the local man wearing the funky ginger hair Trump cap was pretty damning and lots of footage to back him up. Another college dropout groomed and trained to use a gun, but he missed his "money shot" so panicked and just randomly shot everywhere until his brain left his head. Expect riots and false flags now staged by the Democrats and blamed on Republicans.
