I went to a few matches in the first part of the season and apart from Willock being on fire for a while I actually thought Balogun was the best player on the pitch by some distance. Marshalled the backline really well, hugely comfortable on the ball and at 34 a lot quicker than those around him bringing the ball out and his distribution was excellent. Assuming that he has had yet another bad injury (there have been many elsewhere) and that he is now actually fit I'm quite relieved at the thought he's hopefully back, if nothing else to shore up the back line. Starting them young now too with the outside the box stuff, our U18 midfielder Alfie Tuck scored this beauty for Wales U17 at the weekend

I really like Kargbo. What an absolute monster of a number 9 he could be. Surely an Ainsworth size target man down the line. Took his goal well, runs the channels and seems to pop up in good positions that some better balls into the area would have found him in. Surely at 21 he should be another thought as a weapon on the subs bench? |

I now live in Mousehole and I don’t think they would add anything to a team that has lost one league match all season and that was in August!
