Tried to find a stream today but ended up on Sky commentry. What the fck is that all about! 2 Brummies so biased, I've never heard anything like it! " That guy Chico was our best player in the first half" (theirs), and "the Swans defenders arent footballers"! Apparently we were total shit until their players got tired, then they lost!
First half sounded pretty bad, but to those who were there, was it? And they certainly shut up a bit in the 2nd half, hahahaha, so was it that much better, or just Wilf?

Again we had a makeshift team with many squad players. Not surprising with that, and being low in confidence, we would struggle against a team who would raise their game as we were seen as a Premiership scalp.
Things turned around in the second half and we saw the game out, with 2 more first team starters coming on.
We need more players back from injury and playing again in a settled team where each player knows his role.
Roll on Tuesday even if it’s a bit soon for some players [Post edited 25 Jan 2014 19:44]

Well that was hard work. Did our best not to win that, but Bony was having none of it.
Struggling to recall a game where one player was so many leagues above everyone else on the pitch. He's just buzzing at the moment, from his first classy lay-off you knew he was up for it. You get the feeling he fully expects to score every game at the moment.
Not just the goals, but his all-round play was superb, including his usual highly effective aerial presence defending corners.
When we were looking a bit wobbly going into injury time he just takes the ball down into the corner and MAINTAINS HIS POSITION with the ball, Brum players bouncing off him, then he puts it out for a throw off a defender, get's it back, MAINTAINS HIS POSITION, Brum players bouncing off him, put's it out for a throw in off a defender, repeat for 2 minutes. Cracking stuff.
We really were pretty awful for most of that game, but a wins a win, make-shift team, fired-up opponents, awful weather, some confidence issues around the team. F*ck it, we won, awesome. The next 2 games are where we'll really see what we're made of, and with Bony in this mood, players due back, no more injuries picked-up and a couple of new signings coming in, I'm confident the worst is over.

Absolutely spot on yes we were dire and what worries me is that it was squad players that were shite. My you chico was no better. Still ill hold judgement and see how bad we really are when the injured players come back. The form wilf is in if michu can get into it we're going to by dynamite. Bony is a fukin beast. Ive said that from day 1.
