Not been great this season. Conceded loads of goals.
But they've blooded a number of U18s and appear to have lost Rohan Vaughan, the striker they signed in the Summer. Just like 1st team, they seem to be v short of forwards. |

No quibbles re Field as MOTM. Good performance, followed by comprehensive report. Is this last 8 days a good start or a blip?
We'll know a lot more by New Year. If the former, we should be out of the bottom 3, if not L1 looms. Need to win some home games. Playing well or not. |

Very decent performance. 1st half obviously better than 2nd. Had our chances. Madsen, Morrison, the clear penalty, Saito and Celar off the post. 5 points from last 3 games. Need to build on that with a couple of home wins. |

I suspect it may be that both Varane & Field are on 4 yellows. Amnesty after 19 games. Can't afford to lose both Varane and Field. |

I don't want to come across as Job's comforter but aren't we getting a bit carried away.
Cardiff were drek but, by virtually every measure, except the most important one ( Goals for and against), they were the better side. Possession, shots, on target, pass completion, etc. Plenty of us had Nardi as MOM!
If we are that far below parity, then we'll lose a lot more than we win. Watford & Norwich are likely to be much stiffer tests. |

All decisions re recruitment had to consider the finances. IMHO, that's why we couldn't afford Hayden and explains some of the gaps in the squad. Add in so many injuries to key players and we should all understand why we are 23rd.
A bit more experience from the newbies + return of key players and I hope we can stage an uptick like last season. |

Looks good so far. Calm under pressure.
Only criticism is that he doesn't seem to have much of a left foot. Poss issue when playing alongside Cook, who is also v right footed. |
