Hard to know how this will work out but on balance I'm supportive. The change in style of football is to be welcomed and I'm probably in the space where I would even accept a relegation and rebuilding as part of this employment, although clearly would prefer to stay ip Credit for the Bognor Butlins line that had me laughing aloud. Credit also for pulling this together so quickly, I'm guessing little of this was pre-prepared. |

Nothing like done dark humour in an hour of need. Laughed aloud at the toilet story, up there with your best. |

Great report Clive, sounds like a really entertaining game if you can get over the disappointment at the end. After some of the turgid, dismal rubbish we have watched over recent years it really is great to not only be entertained the way we are but also to be in our current mid table position, so far ahead of where we thought we would be. Yes we could be higher up, but after the summer it could have been so much worse. All the best to you for Christmas and the New Year. As ever Loft for Words continues to excel at what it does and I, along with many others, thank you for that. |

My understanding is that the law permits you to feint in the run up, but you cant feint to kick the ball once the run up is complete. Happy to defer to someone more expert than I though! Excellent report Clive, with some great one liners - delighted with a point on Saturday... |

Really good summary Clive, the keep things in perspective point about how well we have done so far being particularly salient given some of the nonsense I saw spouted on Twitter yesterday. Thst said I came away from the game yesterday reflecting on the disappointment that we had barely laid a glove on a Leeds team, that on the day was some way short of their best. |

Interesting Clive. Some well made points and agree that defensively we need to be better and more ruthless in the final third. That said I do think we have come a million miles. All the misery of the past 2 seasons almost being forgotten, playing our (very good) youngsters at last, winning away from home (at last), having a good hard working squad (that seems United rather than divided) and playing some really good football. Yes stuff still to do but cup more than half full for me and by some margin. A win tomorrow would be nice |
