I agree…wouldn’t argue with any of those points you raised. At the end of the day you have to think of you and your family’s future. A career as a pro footballer is a very short one indeed.
I think he’s a home bird and as long as he’s happy with his contract he’ll stay….no brainer there. I don’t think he’ll be the same player at another club. He’s a rare beast in football…loyal to his home club.
It’s worrying that some of the posters who aren’t yet at pensionable age can’t see their own future….a future where their own parents who worked many years to probably own their own property…their future inheritance….may have to sell it to fund what’s left of their future.
Another interesting read among the thread is….and I’m guessing here….retired people today paid their parents pension…and it appears some of the youngsters are not in favour of paying for the triple loc increase . Well take a look over your shoulders guys because your kids don’t appear to want to work to fund yours plus you’ve lost your inheritance.
It’ll happen I’m sure 😂 Thanks to the team comms being broadcast it seems there’s no one worse than Verstappen for being the school ground snitch…..but they all seem to be at it now. I’d did enjoy Toto referring to Horner as a yappy little terrier though 😂😂😂
Well ‘Arry Redknap forgot he had £5 million in a Swiss bank account if you remember….named after his dog I believe. He won in court against HMRC. Perhaps Clive will be having a quick chat with him regarding his legal team…if required.
It’s not the promised land Max. The format now is becoming to predictable regards to promotion/relegation. I genuinely feel it’s no place for us anymore.
Create new rules to include the greediest. I see if that’s not enough the Super League rears its head again. Maybe it’s about time to cast these parasites adrift.
Agree. But why limit it to the Elgin Marbles. There’s at least a couple of million other items that should be returned to their points of origin. Just saying.
Have to be honest Max, I use FB now and again….and I post here. But the whole Social Media thing I find extremely poisonous. I think Australias actions regarding access by kids is a positive one. I don’t mean to distract from this thread, just to explain my feelings and usage of social media.
