Cant really see Newcastle RLFC being around much longer. Think the owner packed in last year, then changed his mind. Thunder are getting beat every week . So who knows how long they can carry on

Councillor Nazia Rehman is the cabinet member for Resources, Finance and Transformation at Wigan Council and is a board member of the Growth Company. She was first elected to Wigan Council in 2016 and has held a number of positions, including a member of Audit Committee and SCRE.

Was it Doug Collins who tried to get rid of him, he was probably one of a couple of decent players we had at the time. Its a long time ago so the old memory is not what it was. Something to do with discipline at an away game where they stayed overnight Bobby had his guitar and was playing it , somehow Collins got upset and came out with some excuse to try and get rid of him. Bobby and his sister ended up singing on a news / sports programme on Granada . after the incident .
Just seen this on Sky Sports news Rochdale AFC can confirm that an alleged incident of racist abuse, directed towards D Mani Mellor has been reported to the relevant authorities
