Why not run a hot feed to add to the cold and use a mixing valve?? cheaper in long run as you on mains pressure with a combi anyway.

He asked for a replacement for his old ' electric shower', that suggests like for like. I suggested adding a hot pipe (more expense initially as you have to re route pipes , maybe having to take up floor boards and take out tiles etc, but preferable long run).... keep your stupid ignorant beak out and return to what you do best . wan king
