Out of Contract List on 21:55 - May 21 with 974 views | superhooper1972 | If Hargreaves is back to full fitness then i would give a deal to him, gordon is a good keeper, hoilett i think he is going to germany but if there was a chance of signing him then we should try, the rest not for us i would say.

Guthrie is a midfielder, decent but not sure he is what we need as he can't get in the Newcastle team. Craig Gordon is a top keeper IMO but seems to pick up injury after injury but I think is worth the risk over Robert Green maybe also getting Lewis as a back up. We must do everything possible to try and get Hoilett. Would Hughes know him from his time at Blackburn??

The real question is 'Was Hargreaves ever fit for City?" and the answer is no. Finished unfortunately.
Out of Contract List on 09:13 - May 22 with 764 views | adhoc_qpr | I can't believe we have a 6 page thread moaning (rightly) about re-signing Keiron Dyer and then on another people are advocating signing another sicknote in Hargreaves! Despite his comedy fitness video last summer was he ever actually fit for Man City last season?

He played 4 times last season and stayed fit!

Out of Contract List on 11:30 - May 22 with 694 views | SomersetHoops | I rather like Hugo Rodallega and if he's not massively expensive (I think he's about 27/28) could be good for us. His form can be a bit erratic, but a top player when on top form. I'm not sure whether he fits into the type of player Mark Hughes can improve to add value to though. I'm sure MH has this list and others from overseas and I am happy that he will make good decisions.

I'd take Guthrie if he was willing to come, the fact he's not better than Tiote or Cabaye isn't really an issue for us. The question is whether he is better than Derry and the answer to that would probably be yes. He might not be fantastic but at least he's the right side of 30 and shouldn't be too hard to move on if he's on a sensible wage.

Quite the contrary, he played 4 times because he was never fit. Trained on his own as well as he can't do the high intensity team training.
