Shameless plug 16:18 - Aug 18 with 2049 views

Dale fan Jan Harwood (DaleAddict) and a friend have been cycling across America since June 16th and will be finishing the journey in a couple of days when they reach New York.

They are raising money to be donated to the American Heart Association and the British Heart Foundation, Jan's target is £1k and he's little over half way there. Thought I'd put the details on here in the hope of anyone who is able to contribute to Jan's worthy cause and help him to get closer to his target.
