Pigott had an awful lot of time and space to bring it down and shoot. They knew we are vulnerable to crosses and looked dangerous swinging it in all night. Gutted, nobody can say we didn't give it a good crack.
Sickening.. at the end of the day the same old problems have sunk us.... can't defend under pressure. Don't have the game management skills to eke out narrow margin wins.

I'm honestly gutted for you lads and Dale and i would have loved for you to have spent another season in League One,why couldn't Dale have got into their recent form just a couple of games earlier,to lose two vital points so late is gut wrenching
Feels like we have dropped points in the last few minutes on far too many occasions this season. Has anyone got the stats?? Absolutely sickening end to the game but it’s been typical of how we’ve played all year.

If we hadn't equalised in the 97th minute on Saturday...
Our game management is so frustrating. For a team that has spent large parts of the season idly passing around to no effect, why can't we deploy that tactic when we need to see a game out. Just keep the ball, simple possession, no risky passes. It's been the same story all season not seeing this type of situation out.

Sadly Chalky we have the players capable of doing it, but the tactics for most of the season have been tosh. You can't win 5 or 6 games at the end of the season and hope everybody else will lose theirs. They did their best tonight and showed we had enough to get 50+ points. But we were relegated two months ago to be honest - before the manager decided to look at the table
Our CEO will be gutted. He was banking on some new "we are staying up" mugs to pay for summer

Looked like summat was kicking off in the tunnel at the end as well. One of the staff (couldn't tell if it was theirs or ours) was being held back from going after someone.

Big effort in the last few games but always playing catch up due to the numerous ponderous performances earlier in the season. Took too late to change to a system that suited the players we have. Last few games show that we always had the players to stay up. If/when we go down the next season needs to start by playing the way we are doing, not the way we were playing.
