My daughter has the new Samsung s20 great phone but since she has ported over her number she can't use offers from EE like free apple music because it doesn't recognise her number because if you go on the my phone part on settings its showing the original number that came with the sim

Anyway because of the virus we can't get answers off Samsung and EE are saying its a Samsung issue not EE

So has anyone else had this issue and is there anyway around it

Cheers in advance

Log on to the EE website and use the chat facility.

I used it yesterday for help about my new phone

I blame the NHS.

OK I've changed it.

Apparently iPhones allow you to edit the SIM number, so put the SIM card in an iPhone, edit it, then put it back in the Samsung. That's what I just read elsewhere anyway (sorry, lost the link)

I'm currently switching from EE to Virgin and the fücking idiots screwed up the number port, so I may have lost the number I've had for 18-fücking-years. And because of this virus it's going to be a week before I find out if I can get it back. Seething.
