We were sitting near the Flat Iron building in New York a few years back when I see a familiar face and say hello, what are you doing here ? The guy stops to speak to us and it's only then that I realise that I only know him off the telly and not through work. Came across as a lovely guy. He was there visiting with his wife and daughter and had been to see Billy Joel the night before. What's not to like about him after that.
