If only legal advice could be done for something that actually means something rather than bruised egos.... although it would be ignored of course.

Sadly, this is now way too personal

Not good to see Will put into public what Moscow Jack did or didn't .

That ,to me, is worthy of a ban

Chairman ? Fook me and Sumbler was the bad guy ? Truly ,we re pitiful

I don't care what I've done or not done. I'm not the person who's standing and representing the fans....being the voice of the fans......being the eyes of the fans.....etc.

Will can have a cheap dig at me, if he wants. He won't be the first or the last although I did expect him to come back with something a little more professional.

I've got thick skin, so I can take a bit of abuse, just not as much as I used to as I get older!

Poll: Simple...would you want Leon in the squad right now, if he was available?

Increased professionalism is what I'm looking for both on and off the pitch

Sorry, but for Chairman of Trust to openly try to demean ,in some way, any fan known to him,is a bad sign

I've got a thick skin too and I'm not on here to make friends ,Nick , but it's not the point

Will was plain wrong and I hope he accepts if only to himself

Poll: Is it Spa or spa

I’m amazed anybody wants active roles within the trust, the amount of abuse they take on here. It’s borderline sadism.

Well as I’ve said several times I really can’t get my head around the fact that they’ve had more shit than anyone that’s sold the club down the river.
And even if they have down wrong it’s still rather insane that they’re getting more abuse than the sellouts.

I'm not sure where to ask this question so I will just ask it in this thread. What do these latest revelations, if true, mean for any potential legal action regarding the takeover?

I'm struggling to keep up with everything that is going on atm but is the suggestion of the revelations on the locked thread that some of the trust board actually knew about the takeover all along? Could this be used by lawyers of the Americans to say that the trust did actually know and they haven't gone behind anyones back?

So much is left in the subtext that for those not so much in the know it can be hard to keep up.

Upthecity!

I'm amazed at the fact a family member of the trst helped sell the club to the Americans, also our new chairman loves it in the directors box and has threatened to sue a supporter

EDIT: I shouldn't of said chairman as hes over his 12 years.

I’m not suggesting they haven’t done anything wrong or shouldn’t be held accountable. The stick they take on here from people who aren’t prepared to put their own heads above the parapet (I’m not either BTW) is off the charts though.

Would it put you off taking an active role? It would give me second thoughts.

As an aside, I don’t think taking his wife with the trust complimentary ticket is the biggest crime in the world. Wrong, probably. Naive, definitely. Not worthy of a character assassination though.

Fair enough, I'd suggest their not getting stick for being on the Trust board, but for their actions while on the board.

That's an easy one to answer.

Oh I agree and some of the actions taken deserve criticism. Being on the board itself only thrusts everything they do, well or otherwise, under a microscope.

Some of it goes way over the top though. Not conducive to attracting new blood to the trust,
