Can't have it both ways. 18:22 - Dec 10 with 3074 views | E20Jack | I see a lot of comments on here saying it wasn't BB making the decisions today. I think that is a very dangerous route to go down and one that probably spells out a vendetta at the end of it. We cannot blame him when we lose and praise others when we win, that is just absurd. If that is the case next time we lose or play poorly then Curt or whoever is praised for the decisions today mist take the flak and not BB. Today was a good performance, a 6 pointer that was most vital in every single way. We won convincingly and for me, we must praise BB and the players for that.

Can't have it both ways. on 19:35 - Dec 10 with 718 views | TheFranchise | In recent history on the whole it has been our style of play that has attracted players to play for us. With BB at the helm learning from those around him and learning from his mistakes, here's hoping our new owners give the money to strengthen and we can at least argue over PL football for another season beyond this one at least.

Can't have it both ways. on 19:33 - Dec 10 by Jango | 7 points from last 4 games is not one game. That's a 1.75 average with some winnable games to come. Try being positive rather than finding negatives to suit your agenda |
look at the goals conceded column, that happened when we were playing defensively. Our best chance of winning games is when we get the ball down and attack. Flowing passes and constant attacking overload. Like today, I can't wait to watch us play like that for the rest of the season and not the silly no striker crap he's used in previous games. Some were calling for Allardyce, we don't have the defensive personnel for that style, it's no different for the current management team. Whoever is in charge, we need to play our way. If we go down our way then so be it, we will go down trying to play a way we're not suited to though. I'm not critical of an individual despite what you assume, just the way we've been set up recently.

Bit ironic considering some of the abuse you've aimed at the manager | | | | Login to get fewer ads

How would you Know, another WUM talking rubbish, and naive as well, what attracts most players is dosh pure and simple.
Can't have it both ways. on 20:07 - Dec 10 with 640 views | Joe_bradshaw | Well done Bob. Picked a really sensible team (which I posted at 20 to 3 so not hindsight) and made good substitutions. Bravo!

Can't have it both ways. on 20:51 - Dec 10 with 578 views | jack247 | Say it as you see it. I still don't rate Bob and still think he is our weakest manager for years and arguably the weakest in the league. You can't not give him credit for today though. Second half was a big improvement on any game under him or Guidolin this season. He played a central midfield suited to a pass and move style game, he set the wingers up to get crosses into Llorente and he didn't panic into making a negative substitution when we went 1 or 2-0 up. We looked like a team with a purpose who all understood their role. I think Everton was the only other game you could say that. As others have said, he takes a lot of shit when things go bad. It's only fair to give him credit when he does well.
Can't have it both ways. on 21:56 - Dec 10 with 521 views | Pintado | Personally I think it's more Paul "Bubba" Williams making difference and I would like to think that Bobby learnt a valuable lesson after Palace game and kept the attacking play going and also kept defence keeping a higher line. I don't rate Brad Bobley but really hope he proves me wrong. But remember that it was a poor Sunderland performance as well, and I want to see some kind of result in next two away games to see if we have turned corner.
