Rams' new sponsorship deal "reveal" soon 15:01 - May 9 with 5650 viewsdavram

Derby County have secured another "significant" sponsorship deal for next season; according to John Vicars, which wil be formally announced tomorrow.

Hopefully it will keep Derby ahead of the game regarding the Financial Fair Play rules, especially when considering the investment in players & wages that might be needed next season.

All positive news, I reckon, though perhaps not so for those Nellies who still blanch at the very thought of stadium naming rights and maximising the club's income.

Rams' new sponsorship deal - JUST EAT! on 10:03 - May 10 with 5629 viewsdavram

Well, the new shirt sponsor (3-yr deal) has been announced as the global "Just Eat" chain:

There's a fair choice of food services in the city's Just Eat listing here:

I reckon in that case, "Eat My Goal" by Collapsed Lung is now due for a revival at the iPro Stadium!

I think I prefer "Just Eat" on a shirt to the other "buy mobile phones" command that's been plastered across the Rams' shirt for a couple of years.

Please don't make the logo disproportionately large this time, Derby - I know it put many people off buying a shirt - just why should we all become unpaid human advertising boards?

If Rams' funding is coming from iPro drinks and Just Eat food service, can we now drop the sponsorship from these awful "dummy" e-cigarettes?

The Just Eat sponsorship deal was completed for an undisclosed sum - so I hope it's not a figure to be scoffed at.
