Cifuentes said he did not know the severity of Cook's injury, with his skipper due to have a scan on Sunday.

"That's the only negative part - that we got another injury," he said.

"I don't want to play doctor. Let's see the test. He felt an acute pain.

"It seems it's the sole – a soft-tissue issue. We need to make some tests. I've spoken with him and we're not sure if it's going to be a big one or not, but he was in some pain."

A lot of foreign keepers struggle with high balls in their first seasons in England don't they.

I remember that German keeper at Arsenal whose name escapes me whining about it all time.

Hopefully next year he'll have that in his game too then I think we got a great asset.
