I think 3 main things have gone wrong for Samba this season. The 15000 midfielders hughes bought and the numourous formations he was asked to play in made it difficult to know his role in the side. And the sending off against westham seemed to make him scared to make a challenge. It is a real shame as I had high hopes for him. I do think there is a very good player in there. |  | | |

I agree there is a very good player in there. The question is, can he achieve his potential. Same applied to Mbia. He is slowly getting there, less dramatics, more motoring and general awareness. Got a feeling that Diakite will fail on general awareness. |  |

For all the homework Rigg & Hughes allegedly did on their signings they clearly didn't pick up on the fact that everytime something kicks off in Mali Samba will want to go back home, which seems to be quite often as it happens... |  |
