Really? I was in the same class at school with his daughter ( Adelle i think.) Happy days. My first album bought was Kiss Alive 2
However the first single i bought, i think was this.

He had 4 daughters, Adele, Annette, Heather & Cheryl. A son called Howard who was my best mate when growing up.
John Bradley had several shops, not just in Rochdale, but also a few scattered around Yorkshire as well. (There was also the instrument shop on Drake Street, where he sold guitars, drum kits, organs etc). He used to give me the promotional posters that came with newly released albums, and some decent promo stuff for the major bands at the time.
How I wish I'd kept it. Happy days indeed.
