Impeccably obeyed.
Full respect shown by Millwall fans.

Great news, well-done all and Millwall, Class.

Think we've played Millwall around the time of Aberfan before and they were similarly respectful then

Well done to Millwall but is it really a case of respecting them because they were quiet for a minute silence in one of the UKs saddest events.

I’m sure most Millwall fans would agree.

Sadly it only takes one idiot to spoil it though.
In this crazy world we live in sadly all too often that is the case.

Thank goodness there wasn’t a single idiot during the minutes silence.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

A fair few people arriving late and not observing it, couldn’t even stand still for a minute.

200% agree with you Keith

Something that really disappoints me with people. It happens at most grounds where not only climbing the gangways but then expect to go along rows to their seats when others are showing respect.

Can’t they just wait for 1 minute, it’s not that difficult

Possibly stewards should close the entrance tunnels for a minutes silence.

Again very true

Something that shouldn’t be difficult to implement.

Unless it causes those outside to scream and shout, especially if they've had a few sherries.

There are some who arrive in their seats 10 minutes after kick off, leave their seat 10 minutes before half time, arrive again 10 minutes after half time, then leave on 80 minutes.
They basically watch half the game. It baffles me.

I’ve not understood anyone leaving to queue for a pie and cup of tea

My Grandfather was mines rescue working at the Maerdy colliery that day , and was sent to Aberfan .
My Grandfather would stay down with us on holiday periods
For years has kids we would wake to hear him crying out in his sleep . Scary for us until we got used to it,
I suppose there was not help then
Effected him until his dying day

It was honestly at first frightening and slowly we got used to it.
To this day I struggle when the song is played , 🎵 A working man I am ...

Dust killed him in the end
