I’ve just looked at the Met Office site and according to that there’s no break in the weather for the next two days. Now they’ve been wrong before so I’m hoping this is another time they are. Given our dominance, it would be a harsh way not to have the chance to regain the ashes. |  |

Saturday looks a washout with Sunday not being much better.
I think that England should have declared earlier in the day, would have probably won it today. |
Even if England had declared at lunch it's unlikely that they'd have bowled the Aussies out in two sessions. They'll be looking for three or four hours under heavy cloud on Sunday to finish the job. |  |
