Just tried that and the guy said it was either one or the other (for the season) ie if you reactivate your card you can't then use the app and vice versa. | | | |

I expect it’s to do with cost. It’s probably expensive to run two systems so you either go with one or the other, there isn’t a lot of middle ground. I don’t know. I’ve asked for a non-digital season ticket too although mine is a new season ticket so I think it works slightly different to people renewing. I was told that my card would be sent out “hopefully” before the start of the season. At this point in time I haven’t received any kind of season ticket but I’m not PAAAAAANNNNIIIICKIIIINNGGGGGG yet | |
