Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 11:00 - Jun 6 with 4699 views | omarjack | There is that Neil Taylor kid we should certainly be in for him. lol but seriously.. for me it'd only be James Chester..I don't care if Adomah had the best season in his career..I don't want him in our club ffs. Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 11:12 - Jun 6 with 4625 views | omarjack | The thing is..Who would pay 12 m for McCormack for example? They spent over 80 m on about 15 very average squad players and had a disastrous 1st Championship season.. No wonder they're in the sh!t.

HHHMMMM and the owners are experts on how to run a club in the Championship aren't they, this is a good example of what can go wrong, and quickly, and that's a huge club with history!

Hourihane is ok but wouldn't pay more than 3-4 m for him. Khodija is always injured. Chester is quality I agree..but for no more than 6 m

Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 11:20 - Jun 6 with 4570 views | Highjack | It’s never nice to see a club struggle financially, unless it’s cardiff but from a purely selfish point of view I hope they get docked 15 points.

I believe that going into administration triggers an automatic 12 point deduction.

Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 11:56 - Jun 6 with 4412 views | swanforthemoney | So near and yet so far for them. On the brink of a return to the Premier League just a few weeks ago. They will surely implode now. I know a Villa fan, really good, funny guy, from what I hear they have been shat upon as bad as us over the years, what with Lerner's indifference allowing them to atrophy, and now this. Funny old game, football.

I'll bet you £5 that The Res will do no such thing. In any case you're stretching things too far - the Swans owners can be criticised for a lot of things but you can't blame the Villa mess on them. Fair do's. Certainly, unlike the Villa owners they've never been accused of overspending millions on players in a bid to buy success. [Post edited 6 Jun 2018 12:18]

Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 12:20 - Jun 6 with 4271 views | Jacket | I'd bring Chester here in a heartbeat. Definitely Premiership Quality. They've been spending mentally to be fair. Terry was on more than Bony was having here. That is insane for a defender in the Championship no matter what their support base.

Now we are in the Championship, I hope our lot dont have to take an EFL 'fit and proper' persons test. Or if they do, I hope the pass mark is pretty low.

Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 13:50 - Jun 6 with 3919 views | Swan91 | Sell Bartley to Leeds and get Chester??? Bartley is very good for championship... but Chester can do it in Championship and PL level. Also played in a Wales formation that will be pretty similar to how Potter will set up I think.. so could fit straight in.

If Chester is Prem level why would he come here. For the record I think he isn't Prem level and its only because he plays for Wales are we remotely interested.
Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 14:18 - Jun 6 with 3834 views | jasper_T | I don't rate Chester any higher than any of our senior centrebacks tbh. Good Championship centreback nothing more.
Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 17:32 - Jun 6 with 3580 views | monmouth | Chester is shit If we want to spend money then give Fabianski and Fernandez a one year pay rise and guaranteed sale if we are not back in the prem next year. Bartley is at least as good as James forking Chester.

This is the latest at Villa ...... https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/exclusive-aston-vi Wonder how much we’d get for the Landore Academy ???? The youngsters will be back playing at the Elba in a couple of years (God forbid 🙈🙈) ...... I still cringe with embarrassment when some parents from Torquay United once said to me when my son was playing against them for the Swans Excellence at the Elba .... ‘How is it if you’re supposed to be a top Championship Club why are we playing you on Council pitches with dog shit on it and no pitch markings just a line of cones’...... No answer to that was there ....

Aston Villa sale and possible administration. on 20:01 - Jun 6 with 3347 views | LeonWasGod | Another 'businessman' who hasn't got the first clue about running a football club. Blatantly obvious that they were going to be in trouble if the big spending didn't result in promotion this year, so it's hard to feel sorry for them.
