Asset stripping - has it already started? on 20:27 - Nov 8 by Nookiejack | That does sound excellent being able to secure a charge against the TV money. The worrying thing is would Phil and Uxbridge even then take legal action? |
Phil and Ux don't make those decisions. The membership do.

Swans season holder 15 years, disillusioned and looking for some level headed thoughts. Fair play, apart from you, this thread is great reading. Thanks all. (Taffpop is my SWANSEA BASED record label).

Come on now, you are not that naive. I think if worded carefully, and set up in such a way, the Trust could pass any motion it wanted, regardless of the obvious downfalls of such a motion. They then blame the vote if it all goes wrong. It is manipulation at its finest. The amount of people that say ''No idea what to vote so will go with the Trusts recommendation'' will have been no small group. The Trust as it is, is a tiny group of people making decisions for the masses. Whether they are stupid decisions seems irrelevant.

Add then the “alternate vote” system they introduced to ensure zero chance of litigation being taken. All very very fishy.
