Ulloa on 17:45 - Jan 18 by skippyjack | It's not made up.. you count up all his chances and goals.. then measure the percentage. Why does that make me a pr*ck?.. he was also rated as the best number 9 in the world at one point.. by the majority of the footballing world. But I'm a pr*ck for pointing it out. |
A prick and full of shit.

Confused with what Skippy? That your claim of Llorente being one of the best strikers in the world at one point? No confusion here old cockle. I think you got a bit excited. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Ulloa on 00:13 - Jan 25 with 1580 views | AussieSwan | Wouldn't at all surprise me if it happens for 2 or 3 million pounds. But given we've not a team that plays two up front, would we keep Llorente, Baston, Ulloa AND McBurnie? I reckon Baston would be looking for an escape

Ulloa on 15:37 - Jan 25 with 1399 views | Landore_Jack | Sky sources have told us that Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has met striker Leonardo Ulloa this morning, to demand an explanation about abusive comments made by the player's agent. Ulloa's representatives branded Ranieri a "liar" who'd broken a number of promises he'd made to the Argentinian last summer. The striker handed in a transfer request last week. We understand Ulloa has distanced himself from the comments, pointing out that they weren't made under his instruction, and the manager has accepted his explanation and moved on. Ulloa still wants to leave, to get more regular football, but Leicester are adamant they will keep the player, who has 18 months left on his current contract, unless a credible bid comes in for him. They've already turned down a bid of £1.7m from Alaves for him, which they felt was derisory. They rejected a £9m bid for him from Swansea in the summer.

The problem we have with Baston is that there must be a decent striker in there somewhere. He was banging them in last season for a mediocre Spanish team which convinced us to fork out 15 million for him. For whatever reason he just hasn't settled with us yet but given that Llorente is producing some form now we can keep trying Baston as number 2 and see what happens. If at the end of the season there is still no improvement that would be the time to offload I think. With that in mind I wouldn't look to bring in Ulloa as well at this stage as I think that money would be better off invested in a centre back. [Post edited 25 Jan 2017 16:17]
