Millie/Huw Cooze 14:07 - Dec 26 with 18435 views | VetchitBack | You've got some front coming on here now which leads me think that side of you would've been ideal for the SD role... So how did things go so wrong? How would you describe your relationship with the ex-directors of SCFC then and now? Did you see remuneration from the club as a problem or conflict and was this brought up to you by anyone else and who? I'm sure many will have much better questions but these are a few from a Trust member and lifelong Jack admittedly not ITK as some.

Did the Trust board know about the payments from the club? Yes If so, why was this not disclosed to the fans? They have admitted this was a mistake and and put procedures in place to not allow it to happen again Who knew? The Trust Board Did the Trust board know about the conflict of interest? Yes If so why was this overlooked? It wasn't considered to be a conflict as far am I'm aware (which imo was wrong) Who knew? The Trust Board Why was nothing done about it? Measures have now been put in place to make any business dealings with the club transparent (It could easily be argued that no business dealings with the club by Trust Board members should take place) Hope this helps.

The Trust overlooking the conflict of interest. It was pointed out by many on here yet nothing was done because the Trust believed there was no conflict of interest.

Millie/Huw Cooze on 19:51 - Dec 26 by dobjack2 | I don't like the witch hunt going on at the moment or trial by Internet forum. Especially when there appear to be some with personal agendas. The trust board have fecked up. They have put matters in place to stop some of the feck ups happening again. We need to unify as a supporter base to hold the sell outs to account and deal with the majority owners without being dismissed as a disorganised rabble. However the trust board have to appreciate that people believe that the trust board were economical with the truth when the issue of the supporter director/supporter liaison officer broke. I'm not suggesting that the person involved did anything wrong but it has left him and the trust open to all sort of accusations: from the supporter director knowing about the share sale to members of the trust board trying to hide things under the carpet. This has led to a loss of trust in the Trust and is affecting us all. Even though I don't like how things are being done, to move forward together I think that these points need to be addressed otherwise the sell outs will continue to laugh at and dismiss the supporters of the club. You won't get the answers you seek , for the simple reason they don't need/or want to speak to you. the trust was taken care of along with Swansea city while everyone who loved this club slept, apart from the pit of snakes HJ, MM, LD, JVZ who started off as custodians, and were consumed by greed . the trust can and will do feck all

And have since concluded they made a mistake so therefore have put more stringent measures in place. Here's the line from the new Governance rules: 5.Supporters Director Remuneration -All monies paid in respect of the Supporters Director role are to be paid to the Supporters Trust. The Trust Board to determine payment to the Supporters Director, based on the time and commitment involved in executing his/her duties and impact on his/her current employment. -The Supporters Director should not enter into any paid employment, commercial agreement or business arrangement without the unanimous agreement of the ST Board. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

The trust are an easier to reach target than the sell outs or the majority owners. The sell outs have known who their enemy was - the trust- and kept them close. Leaks of information have harmed the trust, the trust board need to reassure the fan base.

Let's continue to knock the trust whilst the real culprits are left o get away with things. Ok there should have been some transparency but that looks as though the new governance rules have been put on place to put it right. But HJ was allowed to take an obscene salary of 500k per year why not take half that and let the rest be used to build the team? Then JVZ getting tickets and LD too so robbing the club of revenue, and then MM has a company which build the training facilities a and rents out building for training and club shop too....and then they sell out ...but hey ho let's have a go at at a naive guy who got caught up in it all. The rea, issue is our beloved club has been sold out from under us by persons who portrayed the, selves as concerned and devoted fans......what they really were were another set of Pettys but 10 times worse, and who were deceitful in the selling process deliberately excluding the Trust until it was too late as they knew it could scupper the deal so stopping the. Hitting the jackpot. Let's stop rounding up on the sideshow and hit on the main event

Based in Herts mate, but am using contacts to help the Trust where possible. For someone who doesn't care you don't half pipe up about what they do. At least Ressurection backs up his posts with action. You're becoming more and more the internet WUM with every day...

Who said I don't care? Obviously I care. Very much. I've supported the Swans through good and bad times since 1971. But I have no interest in joining the Trust. None whatsoever. Not at the moment in any case. What's a WUM?

The SD director wasn't a side show, he was there to look after the Trusts/fans interests, he didn't/couldn't, it has now emerged that during the period of the clandestine negotiations with the Yanks, HC was paid £40,000 for his services. I don't see that as a sideshow, whats happened, happened under his watch, questions need to be asked, and answers such as "methods have been put in place that this doesn't happen again" quite frankly aren't good enough.

Whilst HJ still takes 500k .....the trust were hoodwinked they have tried to stop it happening again,if you really believe that the HC situation allowed our club to be squandered away then you really are deluded. The sell outs are relying on this infigightin to get away with what they have dome

""Methods have been put in place that this doesn't happen again"" What would you like them to do? Perhaps you would be happy to sentence them to the firing squad? Resign, maybe the lot of them? Would there be many fans who would give up much of their lives to do the Trust commitee jobs instead? I don't think so. Most are just happy to go and watch their team each week and go home to their families. I've done a similar job with SCFC, and it consumes so much of your life, I don't think I would have the time, energy again, even if I were a younger age. It's something other clubs would love to have, a representative to speak for them. HC has gone, we have to recognise that mistakes were made as far as he was concerned, but if we continue to harp on about this it helps the clubs real problems into getting pushed aside.

You are wasting yr breath Jill, some just cannot see beyond the end of their noses and cannot see what the sell outs have done and prefer to pick on true supporters of the club who give of their time for free and not exploit our beloved club. But hey ho they are the deluded ones and probably never went to a game preliberty....apart from The auto glass final c.

Millie/Huw Coozee on 19:44 - Dec 26 by UplandsJack | Firstly I have to admit I was one of the loudest calling for HC & JW heads in light of the revelations that came out. But I do have a certain amount of sympathy for HC frustration. I'm mean let's all be honest here, he has basically been thrown under the bus by his fellow trust board members, who've happily sat back and let him fall on his own sword to save their bacon. The sacrificial lamb so to speak.... They were ALL aware of what was going on at that level and signed off on it, whilst at the same time blatantly lying to us, the fans who they were supposed to be representing. No, if we weren't in such a mess off and on the field, I for one, would be looking for a complete clear out of the Trust board. As with the Club board, (the Sell-Outs) they did a lot of good work for a long time , 10 - 12 years. But have managed to completely uno all that in the last 3 years.... The Trust is no longer TRUSTED by the vast majority of fans.... Way to go Trust Board Members, way to go.... |
Absolutely mate!! So why can't the uber tedious Neath Jack and Darran see this?? Very simple - it's the same reason we're in this dog shit. They don't want to upset their little friends. Fack off the lot of them.
