Corbyn 19:56 - Jul 12 with 17752 views | exiledclaseboy | Will be included on the ballot paper for the Labour leadership election. Which probably f*cks up Angela Eagle's entire campaign strategy, not to mention that of anyone else who was planning on throwing their hat into the ring if the hairy trot had been excluded. Labour is f*cked.

I was pointing out the irony being her attempt to subvert the labour party's democratic process by trying to exclude an elected leader from running for leader again. What was spiteful about that? I'd get down off that high horse of yours, you have hardly been kind to Corbyn have you???

There's no high horse - there's a difference between criticising a leader of a party and rejoicing that a window has been put through when there could be ordinary party workers inside. I criticise Corbyn because he's a self centred egotistical man who puts his own ambition before anyone or anything else (with the possible exception of Diane Abbott). Anyway - it really doesn't matter - Corbyn will walk the new leadership election and will, as today's polls have shown, cause years of Tory government unchecked and unbalanced. Theresa May has already taken the middle ground but I'm sure the Corbyn supporters can enjoy screaming from the comfort of Daddy's Islington Georgian townhouse.

Again, get down from your lofty high ground. Who's rejoicing? Not me, idiots like those are a disgrace and I have no desire for anyone to be hurt. I'm a bit annoyed that you've made an assumption that I'm condoning political violence Lisa, because I'm not. I'll rejoice instead at the defeat and deselection of all of these centre right rebels in the labour party , indeed I'll revel in it.

Sounded like it Brynnie. And obviously it's your prerogative to revel in mass deselection. But you can't then complain when Labour disappears as an effective opposition let alone potential governing party.

You had the affrontery to say earlier on that the well known millionaire Tony Blair had more principles than Corbyn too. Yes he did a bang up job lying to parliament and most of his own ministers regarding the "dodgy dossier" which led to thousands of civilian deaths as well as hundreds of our own servicemen. Who are your other heroes? Stalin and Hitler could have easily been described as men of principle. Not very nice principles though .

I quite obviously used Blair as an example of someone without principle and said Corbyn had even fewer. What principles does he have? He stood for remaining within the EU - the biggest single political decision this country has made in a generation, and your view was that he lied. He insists on remaining as leader of the Labour Party, knowing full well that means that the conservatives will have no opposition and will take power for a generation. His defence is that 'the people' want him. Who's that then? The combination of anarchists and Socialist Worker party diehards who've joined to get 'their leader' in place. The guy hasn't had an original political thought his entire life. I've said on here before that many years ago I knew that UCL Labour lot well - the people that Corbyh took all his ideas from. And the sooner that people realise that there is nothing more 'democratic' about Len McCluskey choosing a leader than the CEOs of the FTSE 100 the better. As for Stalin and Hitler - Jeremy would know a lot more about dictatorship than I.

It's basically condoned by corbyn , which is Dhabi regard him as political filth. The left ritually abuse whom they oppose as they sure seen as Tory scum. Corbyn is Derek Hatton in disguise and he was divisive and killed the Labour Party, just as corbyn is doing . People need to wise the feck up quickly. Corbyn is no good for labour and a disaster in the making for Britain. Please god Theresa finds the balls to crush him like the insect he is and maybe this country can unite and move on instead of going back to the 70s . Nobody discusses corbyn without abuse. Corbyn on 21:02 - Jul 13 with 975 views | sully49 | The most troubling of all this is, it could be the end of the Labour Party as we know it. The PLP will still believe that Labour will be unelectable with this man at the helm, as do I, and the Executive will say Corbyn is the leader and that's that. What is needed is a strong opposition that holds this Tory Government to account, instead of which we get this in fighting, UKIP will be rubbing their hands and the SNP could potentially, providing they don't have a second referendum a split, be the single biggest party and will be the official opposition. With May putting Borris the baboon as Foreign Secretary, are we in trouble? [Post edited 13 Jul 2016 23:22]

Over a quarter of a million people voted for Corbyn to become leader of the Labour party just ten months ago. Did Len pop round to put the frighteners on them all? Stop it now you're, having a double Darren. (Or a triple perch in old money).

I don't care either way really, as whichever of the three f*cktards intent on wrecking the party when it's really needed is elected, Labour is shot. Just out of idle curiosity though Bryn, how many proven labour voters ('cos they voted for them) do the 172 MPs represent that have no confidence in him. [Post edited 13 Jul 2016 21:12]

Ten months have passed since then. Many people supported him then that no longer believe he can possibly win any power. And if you don't believe Len was involved in the NEC's decision then so be it. I don't much care.outside the genuine belief that a country needs a strong opposition. We don't have one.

Are you having me on??? Seriously??? A strong opposition is not going to contain any of the so called "Labour" rebels though is it. Angela Eagle for instance :- Voted for the War on Iraq. Voted to go to War in Syria. ABSTAINED from voting regarding the welfare bill , which forced austerity on people (in your words) who could least afford it. Considering she both voted with the Tory government for millitary intervention in Syria AND helped the Tories push auterity on the poor (by not voting against that bill) - by what token could she possibly provide a strong opposition? Maybe you've become a little out of touch up there in that London. For those of us up to our necks in the mire - things have to change. Angela Eagle and all of those rebels who voted in exactly the same way as I've outlined that she did above are not Labour and really need to get the hell out of the party. If anyone is sabbotaging Labour it's them.
