For me a solid star player for us, how do we keep him next season ?

I can't imagine he'd want to move on again after what happened at Tottenham.

Pay him a shedfull of money.

As long as he's happy he'll stay. He's not motivated by money, he would have been on more at Spurs. I think he'll stay, no problems.

He saved our asses this season. So we owe him about £150M.

How about, when we regroup in the summer, we build a squad around him.

My worry is that if he has a good Euro 2016, a champions league club might come in for him, and he might want to prove himself in that competition. I hope not. At least we can compete on wages with any except the very biggest clubs when the new TV money cuts in.

If he has a good euros he is gone unless he likes the new manager coming in this summer.

Class act, very talented footballer with a brain AND he puts in a shift...a rare breed indeed.
We are lucky to have him, Siggy & Ash are the 2 main reasons we'll be playing premier league football again next season

Thing is, Gylfi clearly values knowing he's the main man. At Spurs, he was getting quite a bit of games, but a lot played out of position and never really holding the No.10 spots as his own. How many of the top 6 clubs have a space for him at No.10? He's relatively limited in that he's only really capable of playing there at his best. He's not at the level of Willian, Eriksen, Silva or Mata, as they can play across the front 3.

We should be able to afford to keep him and I don't think he'd want to move.

That's about right. Make him the main man. He suits the old Swansea way of playing, signing players that suit that style is signing players likely to gel with Gylfi. He does need a bit of firepower alongside him though, he should be chipping in with goals here and there to compliment a striker. He shouldn't be the main goal threat.

I luvs the iceman, but he's not good enough for the best (too slow, too ponderous and loses the ball too often). I suppose someone like Everton might give him a whirl. Press overhype notwithstanding, I don't think we'll have any problem at all keeping him. He's dug us out of a hole with his goals, but he's no worldbeater.

Player of season by a county mile. Sign a striker that he can build an understanding like he had with Wilf and he'll score / create even more.

Future Captain of the club? I can see it. Very level head as well, can only recall him absolutely losing it vs. Blackburn.

He might lose it again when he comes up against Shelvey in a couple of weeks.

I'm not sure the two should ever be muttered in the same breath.

Spot on,Siggy and Bony playing in tandem would possible mean an extra 15 goals next season.
