TEAM NEWS : Norwich City v Swansea City

Swansea City have a clear eye on three points today after a pretty dismal run of away games in the Championship. Todays journey to Norwich for the supporters will be at least an eleven hour round trip from Swansea, it is one hell of a journey.

And again in awful weather.

We covered some Swans news yesterday when we with numerous others believed Kyrell Wilson may well be included in the squad, it’s clear now he isn’t. Twenty year old Kyrell is now on loan to Yeovil for the remainder of the season. We wish him well. He is a talent, and the Swans support is very much split on him remaining at Swans or going on loan. The sad thing for us is that he never even had a look in in recent times with Luke Williams as manager. The Swans have a lot of players now out on loan, in our reckoning more than we have seen potentially ever.

We won’t see Ollie Cooper today but it’s good news he is slowly regaining his fitness, probably another three weeks for Ollie. The Swans squad travelled yesterday. Josh Sargent has been back in the fold for the Canaries for a short while even though they have not won for five games they surely edge the bookies betting to come out as winners.

Here is a list of their current injuries.

Both teams are not in the best of form so it’s a great chance for the Swans to to keep the focus off Luke Williams and more on a successful day in Norfolk.

Team news follows.
