We’ve not had harsher sentences therefore that negates your argument
We have less severe sentences due to pressure of number in Prison, another reason to keep prisoners locked up as least time as possible
It is all wrong
We heed to eliminate those who cause death on our streets
Drug dealers do that
To do that they need a market
No market, no drug dealers
That is what we should be aiming at
