Thanks Clive. Brilliant as ever. Now I'll have a weird non-memory of being there as bonne coolly stroked it into the bottom corner.

Following football's all about stories - and as stories go, returning heroes are right up there - but it helps if you've got someone who can tell them as well as you do.

I think we should all feel entitled to be a little silly this week. We deserve it. And if you don't like a bit of Roy of the Rovers you're following the wrong game, or much too grown up. Let's enjoy it while it lasts.

Thanks for all your work again this season Clive, and a big thank you to all who post on here. This place makes me feel like I'm still part of the QPR community.
A long old season. I went through a pretty standard 'I'll pretend I don't care about the R's' stage and reached the rarely seen 'I genuinely wish I didn't care about the R's'. Still do though. Despite everything, the off-season's still going to drag.
At least there's Clive's end of term reports to look forward to.
