Can anyone even begin to explain why the referee at yesterday's game saw fit to stop the match because one of Colchester's players had stopped the ball with his gonads? Surely this cannot be construed as a "serious injury"?

Got to go now as I've just broken a nail typing this and I'm waiting for the ambulance/air-sea rescue/SAS/Thunderbirds to come and assist....!!!
