The ref was a coont.
Yet again.
Gave us hardly anything; didn’t book some of their players for clear booking offences.
Seems to happen all the time.
Absolute myth that the Prem has the best refs in it. |

I hope if Rohl does come here, he brings Stu Armstrong to us from Sheff Wed.
A long time since I have been as gutted about a player leaving as when he left last summer.
Probably Lambert was the last one before him. |

I fear that Smallbone took the brunt of the crowd’s frustration with the manager’s idiotic team selection.
Juric’s honeymoon period is well and truly over. A divorce looks fairly likely with him….. |

David Brooks applauded by our fans.
Will Smallbone largely mocked.
FWIW I clapped Brooks. I really liked him at Saints, he was the best player on the pitch by a mile in our home play-off v West Brom. He was a great loan signing and we never replaced him when he left.
Smallbone. I didn’t jeer him, but he was terrible. Never should have been picked.
That said, I feel awful for him that he was jeered, There are a number of others in the team more deserving of that treatment. |

Just so that I could avoid their fans on the rail replacement bus.
Everybody on the bridge laughing and smiling.
It doesn’t seem to hurt people when we lose.
I get that we all know we are screwed, but why do so many Saints fans look so bloody happy?
It wounds me deeply that we lost today.
Doesn’t seem to be the case for most though. |

It was a hell of a lot easier to get out at The Dell, it didn't take the best part of half an hour to get away.
I am probably going to move my season ticket next season. I would ordinarily like to go near the back, but nobody sings there apart from me and my mates, unless it's the dreaded Allez Allez shite.
All recommendations gratefully received. |

I am not proud of leaving early. Far from it.
I just can't be doing with any of these when the team have been terrible:-
- waiting 10 - 15 minutes to get out of the Northam Stand at the end of the game (going near the back of the stand means this is inevitable)
- waiting a further 5 - 10 minutes to get up the bridge
- seeing absolute helmets applauding the team off at the end
I don't mind any of the above when the game has gone well.
But invariably it doesn't. |
