All three promoted teams in the bottom three

Who wants to be part of that boring 17? We get to challenge for promotion at least every other year this way!

Clumsy and uncoordinated He may be in part, but Tall Paul has all the makings of a genuine cult hero!

Ivan Juric - Reasons to be cheerful 1,2,3

Agreed, I was thinking more about getting in some shots and crosses rather than the possession based football that had no end product, or the only end product was us giving the ball away!

Ivan Juric - Reasons to be cheerful 1,2,3
at 13:17 21 Dec 2024

His name sounds a little bit like Ian Dury, so what a waste it would be to let that pass
3 reasons;

1. Pragmatism over idealism. No more passing in our own penalty area will be good
2. Heavy metal football sounds like it should be fun and attacking.
3. He sounds like a loose cannon - No boring yes man - excellent!

Will today be the day?

If it’s a six-month contract as reported then so much for the stability the owners wanted but it is one way for them to have a punt at this season and then still be able to make another appointment in the summer if it all goes wrong. Can see the potential logic there.

SR not AL for SR
at 12:45 18 Dec 2024

I assumed along with others that Lallana was brought in to the club in readiness for the inevitable Russell Martin implosion and that at this point AL would be leading the team tonight, not the amiable Simon Rusk, who happens to share the same initials as the owners, but looks and sounds like He has been plucked off the nearest Building Site.

Presumably the decision was made so as to not muddy the waters and a replacement may be named after the game tonight, hopefully.

The take away from his interview is that he will listen to the players - so this will be revealing to see what style is played tonight - should be fascinating.

I wonder What Francis Benali Thinks Of Le Tissier

I can only guess that the cocktail of Pfizer chemicals you were taking to deal with your Wishful Thinking Phenomenon is causing you hallucinations??

Absolutely right to question the money men and their motives.

I think most allopathic western medicine is insane. Cut, burn, poison, mystery vaccines from global rich companies with protected liability, cocktail of drugs, each new one to offset the effects of the last one, no thank you.

You um, would have thought so, but the lack of smiley or exclamationmark suggests a straight comment rather than irony and this is my good friend Ian, who still believes in democracy and benevolent governments, so I wouldn't be too sure!

Aren't you the hotshot business man 22? If so, do give us your appraisal of SR and their business plan please

End betting on sport and you will go a long way to stopping corruption. We know that is not going to happen though.

Football is firmly in the hands of the globalists money men and they are not in the least bit concerned about fairness and SFC.

You really are tedious Kent, aren't you. You know full well you have attributed to me the exact opposite to what I have said. It's been like debating with a four year old. Stick to football Kent. Enjoy your Saturday

Badly done Heisy old boy, badly done. Firstly you misquote me, I said girl not girls and you wrest it out of context, secondly with your mock shock you insinuate something that isn't there and thirdly you manufacture a situation, as you always do to sidestep having to answer a direct question. Ironically you'd make a good sniper Heisy.
