Some people on Yellowboard have done some detective work from the pics from last nights game and one of the trialists is meant to be Exodus Geoghegan (formerly of Peterborough). Manager Paul Simpson is trying to keep the trialists names secret to avoid alerting other teams to their availability.

Five Star Hamshaw

Hamshaw actually did alright at Edgeley Park during 'that' season, he was one of the bright sparks in the first half of the season. His face just didn't fit as soon as Jim Gannon took over although his career path after he left us (Mansfield and Notts County) suggests Jim made the right decision as he's not exactly gone on to bigger and better things.
