Spot-on as always. I posted earlier about leadership. Ruben is throwing £2M a month at this shit-show created by Nourry. Given the direction taken by Nourry it’s going to take a huge job to undo the mess and get a sensible approach. This is on the CEO and his management team and I hope Ruben pulls the trigger. Get a sensible English DoF in asap and re-set. Issac Hayden commented that the Belgium league is very similar to the Championship yet Nourry is recruiting from SE Asia and badly. What a fecking mess. |

It all comes down to leadership and responsibility. The Board now have a decision to make given Ruben is pumping north of £22M into the club per season to keep us afloat. For nigh on 10 plus years that investment and support hasn’t delivered anything of note - not even close. Nourry’s pre-occupation on this youth model is flawed both from a playing and financial perspective. The player recruitment appears to have no semblance of success and player retention is a joke - how many goalkeepers do we have. I listened to Issac Hayden recently and he made a point about the Belgium league being the closest to the level of the Championship. Instead we are recruiting from SE Asia! It’s obvious that Nourry is a big problem and he needs to be dealt with quickly and replaced before the whole thing sinks into oblivion and Ruben walks away! |

I don’t doubt that he has to take some responsibility. You can’t deny that at any point this season he has had (or close to it) a fully fit squad. The conditioning of the players has been an issue for almost 24 months. |

None of this is on the manager. Nourry is literally hanging him out to dry on live TV. The shenanigans that are obviously going on behind the scenes especially around the conditioning and wellness of the squad is Sunday league level. Literally, from the first game of the season we’ve not been capable of providing the manager with a fully fit squad of players. Season after season the same level of mis-management of the club is allowed take the fans down the gutter. And to think the fans have been packing LR out. Not sure where we go from today but the fans need make life unbearable for the top level management of the club in the same way they’ve taken the utter piss out of us. |

Let’s not forget Ruben continues to bankroll us to the tune of £22M pa. Incredible support from him and he obviously trusts the CEO to deliver. I assume it will be difficult to turn down big bids for Kone Burrell, Madsen and Varane. |

AC/DC - Red Cow Hammersmith. Then six months later at Hammersmith Odeon. |

The PL is starting to smell a bit like the death of the Italian league in the early 90's. Yes, there is a ton of cash, but it's an awful watch. VAR and the ridiculous behaviour of the players has killed it. I rarely watch and it's interesting that when you speak to other people, so many people give it a miss. You can see they hate the likes of Burnley, Brentford, Wolves and Brighton being in the league. Unless they re-think VAR which has killed the game it will struggle. I suspect the dawn of the European league is not far away. On the Championship - absolutely nuts but fecking brilliant. There has to be a marketing guru somewhere thinking this is proper football that left un-touched apart from the parachute payments is worth investing and promoting. This season is absolutely off the scale crazy and enthralling. |

I’ve always admired Sam Field’s professionalism. He’s a very good all-rounder and suited to the Championship. Rarely injured, great workrate and can play a number of positions. He will definitely help Norwich given their current position. Who’d of thought Madsen would become the pivotal player in our team and essentially consign Field to the subs bench? I wish him well and a great signing for Norwich. |

Isn’t the simple view that for sometime we now have clubs very interested is buying our players? Surely, that’s not a bad approach given what the CEO has set out to do. If the recent injuries hadn’t happened, it looks as though a number of players would have been moved on. Also, I assume if Kone and Burrell continue their current strike rate it’s obvious that one or both of them would receive serious interest in the summer. They were purchased for a circa combined fee of £6M but if we receive one offer of £7-8M for one of them surely we would sell? |

Completely wasted the first 45 minutes just pissing about. Norwich were awful so it just tells everyone how woeful we were. |

Let's be honest we are as soft as shite when it comes to these type of winnable games. I get the Championship is tough but as usual and expected by most Rs we raise the white flag. An absolute gift to a very poor Norwich side. |

Sell Varane and move Nardi on asap. Get Dieng and Spencer in asap which would transform our defence. You can see the manager making a few changes at HT - he will be fecking livid! |
