Walking through forestry early this morning and just as I was emerging from the tree line, a bloody great owl flew right past me. Unusual sight during daylight, maybe the clocks going forward (over here), last night caught him / her out.
I'm an odd bird, always enjoyed seeing / hearing crows, they have so much life about them and are only too happy to let you know they're around. I'll flock off now.
The Young Master Boston made a bird box about 25 years ago when he was in the boy scouts. We hung it on the back porch, it's never been cleaned, used every year, sometimes twice. My kitchen looks straight out onto the porch and I enjoy watching all the kerfuffle. Randy little buggers aren't they.
I haven't drunk / tasted the stuff since two weeks after my wedding. It was given to me / us by a local monastery as a wedding present. Right fcking palavar at customs bringing it back.
