I think he has earned a new contract kept his head down and worked hard. At 28 I would make it 3 years on the same salary, we have worse players earning similar or more. |  | | |

I compare the likes of Jay with players like Lati and Sorinola, not as similar players but when considered against those two as an example he’s head and shoulders above. | |
