What a surprise, processed vegan food is bad for you as it's full of unhealthy incedients, a bit like processed meat products.

Never mind, another way to get money out of the easily persuaded.

Yep, super processed foods are fueling the obesity/diabetes epidemic.

I don’t understand why that is shocking?

Chips are vegan too (if cooked in vegetable oil of course). I don’t think anyone claims these foods are good for you. Do they?

Try the plant mince in Tescos. It’s got a nicer texture than quorn or minced beef.

Been making this point for months. Seriously better off eating a mixed diet including animal protein derived from sustainable production like most U.K. milk and meat. Eat less but better meat with a wide variety of fruit and veg

But processed food being good for you is not a point that was ever under any debate surely? Unless you have misunderstood previous discussions?

All processed foods are bad, whether they are vegan or non vegan. But vegan doesn’t mean processed, so not sure what the correlation is. Vegan is usually the opposite of processed.

I’m vegan and can’t remember the last time I ate processed food of any kind.

Never been healthier or stronger in my life and certainly now not running the risk of the health concerns that come with the consumption of animal products. Nobody else needs to do that either, but they do because they like the taste.

Up to them.
